We use USPS for all our international and local delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It’s highly recommended that you provide a valid address and be available on the delivery day to pick up your item. If for some reason you will not be available then assign someone to receive your package. In case of a failed delivery, it’s the customers responsibility to contact USPS and arrange for a re delivery service. Lost items: In case of lost items, we will carry out an investigation to ascertain the claim. Depending on the findings, a refund will be effected immediately.
